Loop is a personal AI assistant made by Pepul Tech Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India (“we”, “us”). These terms are a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Loop, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Loop.
You must be 13 or older to use Loop. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of Loop.
Loop is not for children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will close it and delete its data.
Give accurate details, keep your sign-in safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Loop uses artificial intelligence to write its replies. Replies can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or inappropriate, even when they sound confident. Check anything important before you act on it. You are responsible for the decisions you make using Loop.
Loop is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not give medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment or financial advice.
Do not rely on Loop alone for medicines or anything where a missed or wrong reminder could cause harm. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US). In the US you can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Loop never pays, books, buys or contacts anyone without your OK. Some features are previews; they are clearly marked and may change or stop.
If you turn on WhatsApp, text or call reminders, you agree that Loop may contact you at the number you give, including by automated messages and AI voice calls, for the reminders you set up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency depends on your reminders, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help, or turn them off in the app.
Only add a number that is yours or that you have permission to use.
Reminders, messages and calls can arrive late or not at all because of networks, phone settings, outages or other things outside our control. For anything critical, also keep your own alarm or calendar.
Each plan has fair daily limits. Don’t use Loop to break the law; to harm, harass, threaten or deceive anyone; to create sexual content involving minors; to send spam; to impersonate others; to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer Loop or get around its limits; or to resell Loop or build a competing service. We may pause or remove access when Loop is misused.
You own what you put into Loop and, as between you and us, the replies Loop writes for you. You let us store and process your content only to run, secure and improve Loop as our Privacy policy describes. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. Loop may give similar replies to other people.
If you send ideas, ratings or suggestions, we may use them freely without paying you.
Loop has a free plan and paid plans (see Pricing). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Me → Your plan; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a price changes, we tell you before it affects your next renewal. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
Loop can connect to services such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar and Paddle. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.
We may add, change or remove features and limits. We may update these terms; we will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. Using Loop after that means you accept the new terms.
You can stop using Loop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability, indemnity and disputes) continue after your account ends.
Loop is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Loop will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims about Loop is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Where the law allows, you agree to defend and compensate us for claims by others that come from your misuse of Loop, your content, or your breaking these terms or the law.

If we can’t, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis before a single arbitrator under India’s Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Chennai, India, with hearings held by video where possible. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court. Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action.
You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@looplife.ai within 30 days of first accepting these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them takes away consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live that cannot be waived.
These terms, together with our Privacy and Refund policies, are the whole agreement between us. If any part can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something straight away, we haven’t given up the right to. We may transfer these terms as part of a merger or sale; you may not transfer them without our consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
