This policy explains how Pepul Tech Pvt Ltd (“we”) handles your information in Loop. Loop organises only what you choose to share. We never sell your data and never show ads.
Your name, your loops and reminders, your chats with Loop, your progress and the people you choose to add. If you sign in, this is backed up to your private account so it works on all your devices. Without an account, it stays on your device.
If you turn on reminders by WhatsApp, text or call, we keep your phone number. We also keep basic usage data (such as when a reminder was sent), your device type and approximate country to run and protect Loop.
We never sell or rent your data, never show ads, and never read your messages, email or other apps. Loop only sees what you type or send to it.
To reply, your message and recent chat are sent to our AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI). They are used only to answer you, and we do not store message content in our server logs. We use these providers through business services that, under their terms, do not use your content to train their models.
If you turn on WhatsApp, text or call reminders, your phone number is shared with our messaging and calling providers only to deliver them. You can pause all reminders at any time, or reply STOP.
Payments are handled by Paddle. We never see or store your card details; we receive your plan and payment status.
Only the providers that help us run Loop: AI providers, messaging and calling providers, Paddle for payments, Pipedream (only if you connect other apps such as Notion or Spotify), and our hosting and database providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale (your information would stay protected by this policy).
See and delete what Loop remembers in Me → Memory and privacy. Delete everything in Me → Your account → Delete my data; this removes your account and all saved data.
You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@looplife.ai. Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states, the EU or UK, or India), you may have more rights, and we honour them. We do not discriminate against you for using them.
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data, except limited records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Loop is run from India and uses providers in the United States and other countries. Wherever your data goes, we protect it as this policy describes.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and private per-person storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Loop is for people 13 and over. Teens aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it. Parents can contact us at support@looplife.ai.
If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell you in the app first.
