A blood test for your whole life.
You check your body every year. Your Life Report checks the rest: family, money, work, friends, joy and more. Ten parts of life, each scored like a lab result, so you can see what’s healthy, what needs care, and the one small step to take next.
You can’t fix what you can’t see.
A blood test finds the quiet problems, like low vitamin D, long before you feel them. Life works the same way. Money stress, a friendship fading, too little sleep: they build up silently until one day they’re loud. Your Life Report puts them on one page early, while they’re still small and easy to fix.
🩸 A blood test
- Measures iron, sugar, vitamins
- Compares each value with a reference range
- Flags what’s high or low
- Repeats so the doctor can see a trend
🌈 Your Life Report
- Measures 10 parts of your life
- Compares each score with Loop’s growth zone (55+)
- Flags Thriving, Good, Building, Needs care
- Repeats monthly so you can see yourself grow

Two for each part of life, simple statements like “I know where my money goes each month”.
Your answers
From 😟 Not really to 😄 Totally. Answer from the gut. There are no wrong answers.
Area scores
Each area’s answers are averaged and turned into a score out of 100.
Life score
Your overall score is the average of all ten areas. Every area counts equally.
life score = average of the 10 area scores
in the Loop app = 50% how you feel (check-up) + 50% what you do (loops you close)
Read it like a lab report.
If you’ve ever read a blood test, you already know how. Each line has a result, a reference range, a flag and a trend.
| Area | Result 1 | Last 4 | Range 2 | Flag 3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Family | 88▲13 | 75 | 55–100 | Thriving |
| Friends | 50▲12 | 38 | 55–100 | Building |
| Money | 25▼5 | 30 | 55–100 | Needs care |
Your score for that part of life, out of 100. Higher means it feels healthier to you right now.
55 and above is Loop’s growth zone, a simple product benchmark, not a medical or clinical range. Below it isn’t bad. It’s where attention pays off most.
Thriving, Good, Building or Needs care. A quick read so your eye goes straight to what matters.
▲ or ▼ against your last report. One number tells you little; the change tells you everything.
Sample trend
Watch yourself grow.
Take it once a month. Your reports are kept side by side, so you can compare any two dates and see exactly what moved, just like comparing blood tests over the years.

Good to know
Is this a medical or psychological test?
No. It’s a simple self-check to help you reflect on your life. It doesn’t diagnose anything. If you’re going through a hard time, please talk to a doctor, counsellor or someone you trust.
Where do my answers go?
They stay in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to share your card or save your report to Loop. You can delete your reports any time with one tap.
Why compare it to a blood test?
Because the idea is the same: measure regularly, compare with a reference range, catch small things early and watch the trend. It’s only an analogy. This is not a medical test.
How often should I take it?
Once a month. One report is a snapshot; the value is in comparing. Your report shows what moved since last time.
My score is low. Is that bad?
Not at all. It’s your starting point, and honest answers are the hardest part. Most people have one or two areas that need care. Start with one small step in one area. That’s how every score goes up.
What does Loop do with my report?
If you save it to Loop, your helpers use it to suggest small, useful loops for the areas you want to grow, and your report updates weekly in the app. You stay in control and can delete it any time.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Life Report is free, and so is Loop’s free plan. Paid plans are optional, for people who want more help each day.
Your life deserves a check-up too.
